Paula Savory
Paula Savory (
ITEC-IIHHT-GBPT) has a background in the fitness industry teaching aerobics, step, circuit training classes as well as qualifying in gym instruction. During this time she became more interested in anatomy and physiology and qualified in massage and specialised in sports massage. This lead to her interest in Alternative therapy and Beauty treatments. In 2000 Paulas Beauty & Holistic Therapy was started to offer a variety of services to the public.
